Hi Folks. Red Chair Software has released Dudebox Explorer 8.5.8 (http://www.redchairsoftware.com/dudebox/) for the Dell Digital Jukebox.
After a brief break, we're back at it. This releaseof Dudebox puts you ahead of the curve with Windows XP Service Pack 2 compatibility ahead of its imminent release. We've also improved Xtreamer playback as well as made a number of other enhancements. We are also working on some great new features for the coming weeks and months!
For more details on these new features and changes, see our RevisionHistory (http://www.redchairsoftware.com/dudebox/support/history.php).

That link to RevisionHistory does not work for me. It just returns me to their home page. Do I need to be a registered user of Dudebox to see the revision history? That would be lame. I was hoping to read what features they added, to help decide if I should buy it.

Link worked for me:
Release 8.5.8 (2004-07-19)
Enhancements and Bug Fixes:
Windows XP Service Pack 2 Compatibility
Dudebox has been tested with the latest beta release of the upcoming Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Microsoft Windows XP. A specific crash with SP2 when navigating to the Active Queue folder has been fixed. If you encounter any other problems after installing SP2, please contact technical support and let us know!
Improved Xtreamer Performance
In previous releases, streaming playback could hang at the end of a track on some systems, requiring the Manager or the computer to be restarted. This release features an improved streaming mechanism that should resolve this problem. Also fixed a bug where Xtreamer could use an unnecessary amount of temp space in certain circumstances.
Fixed problem with Explorer running at High priority instead of Normal when launched from the systray icon.
Increased streaming limit to five tracks in trial edition.
Removed unnecessary warning message about Winamp integration when changing TrueStream options.
Minor installer improvements.
