I just saw this thing a DAPreview...it's got a 3 MP camera that can take stills along with short videos that are recorded in to mpeg4 format, video support, and audio support of wma, mp3, wav, and AAC. The only thing I don't like is the name. It's a Momo Mp35. ...Momo? Unless that stands for something...

whats the price though....and its interface looks really confusing...but at least someone is trying to keep up with ipod

I didn't really look at all the specs, but it seems cool because it offers so much.
