Sanyo hopes aboard the portable MP3 bandwagon ... ..but is there still room for a little one? Hmm, not if iPod nano has anything to do with it. It’s got a 6GB hard drive, can store 1,500 songs and is small and really, really light. With 12 hours of playback for less than $200 it’s a pretty good deal. Check out Sanyo's debut MP3 player here.

£100? For 6 gig mp3 player? That's insane.

Not bad, but I'd still rather have the nano.

Now that there are so many players out there, a new player coming out barely interests me, anymore. And with this one being so plain looking, it doesn't seem to bode well. Now that everyone's pretty much got the tech locked down for these players, for the most part, they need to turn to designing eye-catching yet functional players to really grab any attention anymore. Which is kinda sad, it should be about the music, but now it's about how it looks while you're listening to it, too.

Wow..there are too much players out there right now! Maybe Onkyo, Apline will enter the market let. Anyone know the Sanyo Xacti VPC-C5 (http://www.warehouse123.com/ProductInfo.php?pid=SANDMXC5-BRN) can player music? This is a pretty nice flash memory base camera good at both pictures and movies. Just wonder if it can play music too.
