Hmmmm...... (http://www.thisearly.com/content/view/65/2/)
Samsung Electronics could face an anti-competition probe over its flash memory deal with U.S.-based Apple, the world’s largest MP3 vender, early this year.

Uh oh... Makes sense though. Let's see how this plays out.
We'll see how this turns out. I personally don't think there's anything in this, but I could be wrong.

The deal Apple is getting on the flash chips is bordering on unfair trade practices but it's too soon to say that the companies are in trouble.

Hey, it does all make sense. And it's not really fair. I doubt much is going to happen though, like what happened with the patent war between creative and apple....nothing happened.

Samsung said a while back (when it first became public that Apple were buying 40% of their NAND chips) that they would offer the same pricing to other parties who COMMITTED to buying the same amount. The thing is, no-one else wants to COMMIT to buying that quantity so why should they be entitled to the same bulk discount? There is nothing strange or underhanded about a manufacturer offering discounts on such a large sale. This will come to nothing.
